Eric Hayford, PT, DPT, Cert DN, Cert VRS is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and graduate of Franklin Pierce University, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. With extensive experience across the rehabilitative spectrum—from acute care settings treating post-operative orthopedic and cardiac patients to outpatient clinics helping athletes return to peak performance—Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every patient he serves.
As a Master Instructor of the Burdenko Method, Eric specializes in a unique approach to injury prevention, pain management, rehabilitation, and performance training through integrated water and land-based exercises. His practice emphasizes the Six Essential Qualities of Human Movement—balance, flexibility, coordination, endurance, speed, and strength—ensuring clients achieve lasting results for everyday life, fitness, and sport.
Driven by a mission to deliver exceptional clinical care paired with outstanding customer service, Eric is committed to helping individuals achieve their goals—whether that means reducing pain, restoring mobility, or enhancing performance.
