Jennifer Lidwin, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Jenny is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and graduate of Ithaca College, where she earned both her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies. Her passion for physical therapy is rooted in both her education and her personal experiences as an athlete and patient. While playing varsity soccer at Ithaca College, Jenny tore both ACLs and experienced the rehabilitation process firsthand. These experiences shaped her approach to patient care and gave her a personal understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that can accompany injury and recovery.
Jenny is LSVT BIG certified and has completed the Foundations in Dry Needling for Orthopedic Rehab and Sport Performance (SFDN1) course, as well as the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Function Level 1 course.
As a physical therapist, Jenny is passionate about providing evidence-based, individualized care. She strives to develop treatment plans that are purposeful, realistic, and tailored to each patient’s goals, needs, and daily life. Her approach focuses on identifying the factors contributing to a patient’s limitations, addressing underlying impairments, and providing the education and tools necessary to support lasting progress. Jenny believes successful rehabilitation goes beyond improving strength, mobility, and function—it means helping patients regain confidence and return to the activities that are meaningful to them.
Outside of the clinic, Jenny enjoys staying active through skiing, hiking, co-ed soccer, weightlifting, and CrossFit. Being active is an important part of her own life, and she understands how frustrating it can be when an injury or physical limitation prevents someone from participating in the activities they enjoy. She strives to bring that perspective into her care and help each patient work toward their individual goals, whether that means returning to a sport, getting back to the gym, staying active with family, or simply feeling more capable in everyday life.
