We are offering Telehealth to our patients!
Mobility Bone & Joint Institute is excited to introduce its new Telehealth services to patients! Telehealth is an alternative way for our Providers to examine our patient’s needs without having them physically in the office. With Telehealth, patients can speak to their Providers from the comfort of their own home either by a telephone call or a video call.
Telehealth is a simple and convenient alternative service allows our Providers to conduct medical appointments over a telephone call or a video call, such as office visits, follow-ups, prescription refills, medication management, behavioral health services, and much more!
Mobility Bone & Joint Institute will be offering Telehealth services during the current state of emergency to ensure all patients are cared for in the safest way possible.

How does telemedicine work?

Once you have given your consent to utilize Mobility Bone & Joint Institute’s Telehealth services, one of our Medical Secretaries will call you prior to your appointment to prep you for your upcoming visit with your Provider. Our Medical Secretaries will be with you every step of the way from getting checked in to setting up the call with your Provider!
For a telephone call appointment, all you need is you and your phone!
How does telemedicine video work?
No App, No Download, No Accounts Necessary!
Once our staff has booked your video appointment, you will receive a link to your Providers online waiting room where you will check-in! Once checked in, your provider will start the call when they are ready for you!
You will need to make sure you use one of the following browsers if using a DESKTOP OR LAPTOP: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If using an ANDROID device, you will need to use your CHROME browser. If using an APPLE device, you will need to use your SAFARI browser.
